Check just on the east side of the Bleake Island side to find a Riddler puzzle inside a warehouse. Campaign for Disarmament is a Most Wanted Side Mission in Batman Arkham Knight. The first bomb is destroyed automatically as part of the story on Bleake island very early in the game (unmissable).
